About the Program
What is an EB-5 Regional Center?
An EB-5 Regional Center is an entity established under the guidelines of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, which encourages new investment in job-creating projects. A Regional Center must submit an I-956 application to USCIS for approval.
Foreign investors may qualify through eligible investments in sponsored EB-5 projects when applicable program requirements, including job creation, are satisfied.
